We have been present in the market since 2008.

At Real Estate Mediation we were associated until September 2022 with a real estate franchising brand, but we decided to take a step forward and continue our journey with our own project, in order to have flexibility in the type of services to offer our clients, without being restricted to the franchising rules.

By verifying the needs of our clients and in order to be able to support them, in 2016 we created new services, such as GProperties and Real Estate Monetization. Thus, our clients, even if they are absent, can ensure that their properties remain in the best conditions and monetize in the Local Accommodation market.

We are the same team, with nationally awarded agents, during the period in which we have been connected to the franchise brand, who maintain the same professionalism and dedication. We work all over the Algarve in order to provide a versatile portfolio of properties to our buyer clients and to be able to help our owner clients.

The year 2023 has several successes, recognized with the seal of excellence of 5% best SMEs in Portugal.

Our vision and mission is to provide an excellent service to our clients, providing them with the best experience and allowing them to choose the desired level of service, whether in the marketing, management or monetization of properties.

We ensure that the visibility of our properties is comprehensive given the marketing mechanisms we have available. These include a range of external sites, national and international, where in addition to our company's website, the production of brochures, professional photo reportage, drones and virtual tours will be advertised, adapted of course to the type of service chosen by our clients.

We are also present at international real estate fairs.  

Given this exposure, we also work with several business partners, which expand the possibility of materializing in the commercialization of our properties.

We also have a legal department, which provides support and consultancy services, in the analysis of the documentation related to your property. We have a credit intermediary, certified by the Bank of Portugal, who together with the various banking entities in the market, will understand which will be the best credit solution for you, all this without any type of associated cost.
